

One of the very few expressions of single variety Roussanne in Australia, this exotic, food-friendly wine is full of flavour and texture. Sourced from three Eden Valley vineyards, these blocks have varied ripening periods, resulting in an eclectic range of aromatics and flavours.
On the nose there are floral aromas of camomile lavender, and wild rose. A silky yet defined wine, white fleshed peach, vanilla custard and citrus layered over fresh grapefruit acidity and a fine almond meal texture with lingering hints of honeycomb.
Try with wild mushroom and thyme risotto or pumpkin and ricotta ravioli with burnt butter and sage. NRRP £19.50
