Made by frineds for friends. A blend of 70% Sauvignon Blanc and 30% Dimyat (a grape variety from Bulgaria,bright, herby and aromatic).  This is a vibrant, zesty wine with notes of citrus peel, apple blossom, nettle, fresh cut grass and tarragon. Tight body and lovely citrusy finish. A great aperitif or paired with herby chicken dishes.
