From their vines grown on the slopes of the Valley of the Muses, at the foot of Mount Helicon, the Zaharias continue making (since grand-father Nikolaos created the estate in 1946) vibrant wines with mountain freshness. The  Mouhtaro grape is a rare variety, which is found exclusively in the Valley of the Muses, rescued by Nicolaos and Athanasios Zaharias. A thrilling red wine  showcasing an explosion of ripe red fruit, spice and silky tannins underpinned by a backbone of acidity. A real rarity and treat.
