You’d be forgiven for thinking this bright fresh wine was from the North of Spain, but it is in fact made by organic wine experts Pinoso from Alicante. A blend of Airen and Viura (Macabeo), it positively crackles with a deliciously bright acidity cheered on by a chorus of grapefruit lemon and apple. Enjoy with sea food or just on its own.
