Casa Mariol's Crianza ‘Ull de llebre’ is a Catalan red wine with intense freshness and silkiness. It is aged for about 12 months in French oak barrels, during which time the tannins integrate well and make the wine more rounded and balanced. The aromas are mostly fruity, of ripe strawberries and sour cherries, spicy and with a delicious liquorice finish. This is a wine to be drunk all day long, from lunch, through aperitifs, to dinner, perhaps with spaghetti Carbonara or a potato omelette
