Superb sparkling, one of the best we've tasted. Small winery in the Uco Valley (Mendoza, Argentina) that only makes sparkling wines using traditional methods, including hand riddling!

A delicate salmon pink colour in the glass, this 100% Pinot Noir really shines with crunchy wild red fruit aromas on the nose and a gorgeous zip of citrus fruit on the palate, with nuances of coconut and pineapple on the finish. A minimum of 30 months on the lees in bottle make for a full, rich yet bright and lively wine.
